Marc Guèdenet is a civil litigation attorney with experience in a wide range of legal issues, including collection, breach of contract, derivative action, real estate and partnership dispute. Mr. Guèdenet has represented clients on numerous cases by providing strong research and analysis on complex substantive and procedural law. Prior to joining SAC Attorneys LLP, Mr. Guèdenet aided various firms as a legal research consultant as well as engaging in extensive discovery review.
In 2014, Mr. Guèdenet assisted on a case in Santa Cruz County involving extensive property damage. The case involved an in-depth interpretation of the Davis-Stirling Act compared to the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions in a determination of liability between the homeowners and the homeowner's association. The legal issues involved breach of contract, negligence and breach of fiduciary duty.
Mr. Guèdenet is admitted to practice in California and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
