Ms. Love Macione is a Senior Immigration Of Counsel of our firm. She assists our domestic and international clients who need to hire foreign born employees, reunite with
their overseas family members or petition for investment based immigration. She has been exclusively practicing immigration law for almost thirteen years and is certified by the California State Bar as a specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law.
Ms. Macione has a unique litigation background, starting her career as a removal defense and appellate attorney. She has represented hundreds of clients in removal
and exclusion proceedings and has filed many successful appeals to the AAO, the BIA, the Ninth Circuit, and U.S. District Courts. She was the managing attorney at Reeves
and Associates in charge of establishing its satellite office in San Francisco. She has excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills, honed not only from years of
litigation and appellate practice, but also from the experience she gained working with excellent colleagues.
Ms. Macione has recent and substantial experience in the successful filing of the following: EB-1, 2, 3 and 5, National Interest Waivers, Labor Certifications, non-
immigrant visas (B,E-1,E-2, H-1, J waivers, K, L,O,R, S, TN,U,V), waivers of inadmissibility, and consular processing. Because she has so much experience with what
can happen when a filing goes wrong, she is very knowledgeable about the importance of the filings complying with the statute, the regulations, as well as agency and court
interpretations of same.
Ms. Macione graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology/Urban Studies (Magna Cum Laude) and University of California,
Hasting College of the Law with Juris Doctor degree. She also speaks fluent Spanish.
