Robert Chojnacki has been a litigation attorney for more than 15 years. He has substantial experience in drafting motions and pleadings, conducting discovery, negotiating settlements and trying cases. His legal practice focuses on complex cases involving business disputes, employment, contracts, real estate, and professional liability.

At Schein & Cai LLP, Rob has been instrumental in successfully resolving several complex litigation matters involving courts in multiple jurisdictions, domestic and foreign, in the areas of insurance coverage, maritime law, creditors rights in bankruptcy proceedings, investment fraud and debt collection.

Rob graduated from the University of California, San Diego with honors in 1990 and received his J.D. degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1993.

Rob has tried numerous cases throughout California and has substantial appellate experience. He is licensed to practice law in California, Nevada and Hawaii.
