Jackson is a tenacious litigator with his practice focuses on business litigation, including, but not limited to, contract dispute, real estate litigation, debt collection, investment fraud, corporate governance, partnership dissolution, labor and employment claim defense, ADA claim defense. He is committed to zealously advocating clients’ best interest by resolving a variety of disputes through litigation as well as the alternative dispute resolution process.

Prior to joining SAC Attorneys LLP, Jackson practiced at a San Mateo firm dealing with civil litigation, business transactions, shareholder derivative actions, trust and estate litigation, personal injury, and corporate law. Prior to that, Jackson worked in family law practice in Santa Clara County.

Outside of work, Jackson is the Head Coach of the Santa Clara University Men's Hockey team. He enjoys playing golf and hockey, exercising, following sports including the San Jose Sharks and Boston Red Sox, and spending time with friends and family.
