Raymond Hora is a seasoned and tenacious civil litigator with over 12 years of experience and an extensive background in litigation at the state, federal, and appellate levels in both California and Florida. His practice focuses primarily on appellate, corporate business, breach of contract claims, administrative proceedings, real property and title litigation. Prior joining SAC Attorneys LLP, he has practiced law with national and international leading law firms such as Reed Smith LLP and Klinedinst PC.
Mr. Hora has tremendous amount of first chair trial experience, and has defended claims brought under many different acts, including the Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA), California Unfair Business Practices Act (UCL), and the California Homeowner Bill of Rights (HBOR).
