With extensive experience in corporate operations and business negotiations, and a rich working background in both China and the US, Mr. Wu is a specialist in helping clients navigate cultural and legal differences between the two countries. He has served leading companies such as NetEase, Bureau Veritas, Foxit Software, State Grid, LONGi Green Energy, Beijing Crescent Group, Hanergy Group, and many others. In addition, Mr. Wu has been a frequent speaker on investment in the United States and immigration to the United States, presenting at various locations in China and the United States.
Mr. Wu’s areas of expertise include corporate law, immigration law, and civil litigation. His extensive experience in multinational companies has equipped him with strong financial, accounting, and management backgrounds to effectively address the business needs of his clients and develop optimal legal solutions. Mr. Wu is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is admitted to the United States Federal Immigration Court and the United States Federal Court for the Northern District of California.
